Q. Who is American Shareholders Investment Corporation and how do they work with Fidelity Wealth Central?
American Shareholders Investment Corporation is a SEC Federally Covered Wealth Management firm that offers superior returns and customer service in managing your investment portfolio. Fidelity Investments is your custodian and all of your money is held at their (SIPC) insured, clearing house.


Q. What type of Investment Services does American Shareholders offer?
American Shareholders offers one program called the BestBond™ Plus program, a proprietary trading strategy utilizing TTheory® principles of time symmetry. The innovator of this program is Mr. Terrence H. Laundry, Chairman of American Shareholders.


Q. What is the Minimum Dollar Investment to open a managed account with American Shareholders?
American Shareholders requires an initial minimum investment of $20,000. Total investment value may be reached through more than one account, such as two retirement plans or a retirement plan and an individual account.


Q. May I add or withdraw money anytime from my Fidelity Wealth Central account?
You can add to your account anytime by making a check payable to Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC.  In addition, there are special features such as wire and money line EFT transfers available upon request. Withdrawing from your account is also available anytime, simply by writing a check from your Fidelity account. The money market account at Fidelity is called the core cash account. This account must have sufficient funds to clear the check amount requested. Please note that if an account does not have the funds and a fund sale is executed; the account may be subject to a short-term redemption fee and a trade settlement period.


Q. How do I access my account once it is opened at Fidelity Wealth Central?
We have provided a link to Fidelity called Fidelity Wealth Central Investor (Log in) located at our menu tabs. Upon opening an account, you will need to create a customer Id and Pin number to gain full access to your account information, statements and tax information.


Q. What type of statements or communication will I receive from American Shareholders?
American Shareholders will provide a Monthly &/or Quarterly report presenting your portfolio holdings and returns. Information on trade strategies will be presented in chart and written format for your review.

The Monthly letters will be electronic, unless otherwise specified. The Quarterly report will be mailed to the address of record. It includes a statement of fund holdings and a rate of return calculated at the last date of each month in March, June, September and December in the calendar year.  In addition, Fidelity will provide a monthly statement, either electronic or in writing to the address of record.


Q. Does American Shareholders offer Financial Planning, Tax Preparation or Legal Services to clients?
At this time, we only provide Wealth Management services. We will update this web page, if and when, our service offerings change.
